Sound not playing correctly
We’ve designed Loftie around the sound, and we want to ensure you’re able to take advantage of each and every sound. If your Loftie is not playing sounds correctly please try the following steps:
- Double check that the volume on your Loftie is not all the way down.
- Restart your Loftie by selecting “Power off” in the Settings menu.
- Reconnect your Loftie by selecting “Forget WiFi” in the Settings menu.
If you are experiencing issues with one specific sound, it is likely that the file did not properly download when updating. Please contact us with the name of the file and the serial number on the bottom of your Loftie.
If none of these correct the sound on your Loftie, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include as much information as possible about what you are experiencing and a video of the issue.
