I'm trying to set up Loftie but I keep getting a "WiFi Connection Failed" message

That WiFi Connection failed/Pairing failed message usually appears if the network password is incorrect or if there is an extra space at the end.

We recommend double-checking the password by telling your phone or tablet to "forget WiFi".

Then reconnect it-- copy the exact same password you just used into the Loftie app when it calls for it.
