My Loftie won’t stop “waking up”

If you see a “waking up” screen, that means your Loftie is looking for the WiFi signal to connect. You can close out of that screen by pressing the left arrow button on the top right of Loftie.

If you close out of that screen and see a NO WIFI symbol in the top right corner of the screen (or the time is incorrect), that means your Loftie needs to be reconnected to your WiFi network.

On your Loftie, go to SETTINGS and tell Loftie to FORGET WIFI. Then tell the app to FORGET LOFTIE and go through the process of reconnecting your Loftie to WiFi.
