My Loftie won’t stop updating
Update times can vary, depending on the strength of the WiFi signal and the amount of content downloading-- especially if you're setting up Loftie for the first time (lots of content to download). Loftie may also restart multiple times during the process-- this is normal Loftie behavior.
If your Loftie is displaying the "Updating" screen for longer than an hour, please unplug your Loftie and hold down the small round button on the top right of the Loftie until the screen turns off.
If Loftie doesn't respond to the restart, unplug your Loftie and let the battery drain. After the screenblacks out, plug it back in and boot it up by holding the small circular button on the top right of the Loftie.
Still updating? We recommend you reset your router and bringing Loftie closer to the WiFi signal.
