While we’re pretty familiar with Loftie, and like to think we can anticipate any scenario, that’s just not realistic. But, we’re happy and excited to help you out. 

You’re arriving here from the set up section, but we also recommend checking out our daily use help section, especially if you aren’t setting up Loftie for the first time.

Please include as much information about what’s happening as possible, as well as any relevant screenshots of the app where you are having trouble and what you are seeing on your Loftie.
