Return Policy

We are pretty confident you’re going to love your Loftie! If, however, you and your Loftie just don’t get along, we will accept returns within 30 days of delivery for orders placed on our website. All parts, including accessories, must be in like-new condition. Returns will only be accepted in original packaging. Broken, scratched, or otherwise damaged products will not be accepted. 

We will deduct a $20 return fee from your refund to cover return shipping, processing, and handling. We are a small business and there are many costs involved with accepting and processing a return. All returns will be processed and the refund applied within 14 business days of receipt. We will send you a confirmation once the refund has been processed.
