Need pairing code but Loftie says go to app to set up

If you see the “Go to app to set up” message on your Loftie, then you need to use the Loftie app on your phone or other mobile device to connect Loftie to WiFi. 

If you have previously set up or paired your Loftie with your phone, you will still see the paired screen with the alarms and setting controls in the app. You will need to select “Forget Loftie” from the menu in the top right corner. 

If you started to pair your Loftie, but it was unsuccessful, you may still see a video demonstrating how to get a code on your Loftie. You will need to click the back button in the top left corner. 

Once you see the option to either “Pair Loftie with the app” or “Connect a Loftie to WiFi,” select the second option to continue the WiFi connection flow. You will follow the instructions in the app to complete the setup process.
