None of the sounds are playing on my Loftie

If you’re experiencing issues with your Loftie speaker, we recommend checking the volume (on your Loftie use the arrow buttons to go to SETTINGS > VOLUME).

You can also adjust the ALARM VOLUME either via the app or on the Loftie itself (ALARMS > SETTINGS > VOLUME).

After checking the volume, we recommend you restart your Loftie by pressing and holding the small circular button until the screen resets. After the restart, play some of the local sounds on Loftie.
