Sound not playing

We’ve designed Loftie around the sound, so we understand how important it is to have a functioning speaker. If your Loftie is not playing sounds, please try the following steps: 

  • Double check that the volume on your Loftie is not all the way down. 
  • Restart your Loftie by selecting “Power off” in the Settings menu. 
  • Reconnect your Loftie by selecting “Forget WiFi” in the Settings menu. 

If none of these restore sound to your Loftie please email us at, please include as much information as possible about how and when your Loftie stopped playing sound correctly.
