Sound not playing

We’ve designed Loftie around the sound, so we understand how important it is to have a functioning speaker. If your Loftie is not playing sounds, please try the following steps: 

  • Double check that the volume on your Loftie is not all the way down. 
  • Restart your Loftie by selecting “Power off” in the Settings menu. 
  • Reconnect your Loftie by selecting “Forget WiFi” in the Settings menu. 

If none of these restore sound to your Loftie please email us at support@byloftie.com, please include as much information as possible about how and when your Loftie stopped playing sound correctly.
