Earlier this week we released our new updated software alongside the debut of our sunrise lamp. As you have discovered, we have found a bug that is causing difficulty for new clock users to connect. We sincerely apologize, this is not at all the easy setup experience we have designed for you.
Now for the good news! We've already found the solution and it is available now on both Android PlayStore (28) and Apple App Store (1.3.4).
