Lamp Setup

Hello! It’s time to see sleep in a new light. 

 

To get started, follow these simple steps:

 

1. Assemble your Loftie Lamp and plug in.  

Plug your Lamp in and it will turn on automatically. You will see a small ring of lights on the bottom of the lamp while it is powering on; the lights will turn off when the lamp is ready for use. 

 

Online or Offline?

You can use your Loftie Lamp as a lamp straight out of the box, no connection needed! If you’d like to set sunrise alarms or add custom color modes you will need to connect it to WiFi using the Loftie app and please continue following the instructions here. If you’d prefer to use the Loftie Lamp without additional functionality, please go here to learn more. 

 

2. Download the Loftie app

Install the Loftie app from the Apple App Store or Google Play on your phone. If you already have the app, it’s had a major facelift to get ready for the lamp. We recommend double-checking that you have the most recent version.

 

3. Follow the steps in the Loftie app 

Select the Loftie Lamp option to bring your Lamp online and get paired to the app. Your Lamp will update with the newest software upon connecting. The update should take about 5 to 10 minutes, and your Lamp will automatically restart and be ready to use.
